Dragonfly Consulting recently created an Events Noise Management Plan and undertook the subsequent Compliance Monitoring for the Gigs in the Garden event, hosted at De Montfort Hall in Leicester. The event boasted performances from big names such as Jax Jones, Busted, Professor Green and Kaiser Chiefs.
