EMMA SCULTHORP

Emma is the Commercial Director at Dragonfly Consulting and has been a key part of the business since its inception in 2007. She plays a central role in the strategic and commercial management of the company, with responsibility for Legal Services, Human Resources, Business Development, and Marketing.

Emma works closely with clients, partners, and the wider Dragonfly Consulting team to support the continued growth and success of the business. Her broad expertise ensures the company operates efficiently, maintains strong client relationships, and continues to deliver a high standard of professional service across all sectors.

She is particularly passionate about developing the business and supporting the talented team at Dragonfly Consulting, whose collaborative and professional approach underpins the company’s reputation.

Outside of work, Emma is proud of her personal achievements, including travelling to many Countries alone, taking part in adventurous challenges whilst raising money for grass-roots charities. Emma brings the same confidence and determination into her professional role.
