TRAVIS SMITH

I joined Dragonfly Consulting in March 2025 as an Acoustic Consultant with a prior 2 and a half years’ experience. I began working in the industry straight after graduating from the University of Hull with a degree in Geography. Over this time, I have developed a keen interest in acoustic consultancy due to the wide variety of work that presents unique challenges and opportunities to learn new things.

Outside of work, you’re likely to find me going for a long country walk which almost certainly will have a pub planned at the end of the route. You never know what hidden treasures you’ll find along scenic trails or in small countryside market towns. However, I’ll be the first to admit that I’m a bit of a fair weather hiker, so when the classic British rain arrives I’ll more often than not be tucked up inside reading a book. This can range from non-fiction, such as Bob Mortimer’s autobiography (which I highly recommend) to the latest sci-fi or crime fiction novel.
